The court of appeal delivered against the judgment of Hon. Justice Obile of the Federal High court Port Harcourt over the alleged dual citizenship of Rivers APC gubernatorial candidate, Tonye Cole.
The court in a unanimous judgment set aside the judgment and restored the name of Tonye Cole as the duly nominated candidate of APC for the Rivers state Governorship election.
