4 youths lynched for allegedly giving Fulani information to attack Kaduna community

Four Adara youths in Doka and Kallah villages of Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State have been lynched by their kinsmen for allegedly giving Fulani information to attack their communities.

The National President of Adara Development Association in Kaduna state, Dio Maisamari, said, the youths identified as Ayuba Zagi, Danladi Shekarau and David Kampani and Jumare Anthony were lynched by a mob in their communities for being in cohort with the Fulanis in killing and burning of houses in the communities.

One of the deceased was seen with the Fulanis when they burnt one of the communities.


Ayuba Zagi, Danladi Shekarau and David Kampani had met their death in Doka village while Jumare Anthony was lynched at Kallah village.

Maisamari condemned the mob action and said some suspects have been arrested by the police.

He said the association condemn all Criminality be it by Adara or Fulani.

Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, Mohammed Jalige, said the police were investigating the matter and those arrested were already making useful statements.

The Adara, predominantly farmers have had an ongoing crisis with the Fulani herders leading to the loss of lives and the destruction of farms aswell as the burning of houses.

We call on the Kaduna State Government and security agencies in Kaduna State to put an end to the ligering crisis and prevent further loss of lives.
