The construction of 2:3km road in Ozoro kingdom, the headquarters of Isoko north local government area of Delta State, awarded to Prince Maikpobi Okareme by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has commenced.
According to sources, the road project was a part of the emergency project awarded to the vice president of PANDEF, Delta State chapter, Prince Maikpobi Okareme by the NDDC in 2019 and the road project was spread in the three Ozoro wards in the kingdom.
The roads under construction are osioni street/DESOPADEC modern school road, Igorigo lane, Okpowho/Oyomor street, all in Erovie community, including Peter Okoro street in Uruto/Urude community and Ototie street in Erovie community.
As part of his obligation and contributions to the community and corporate social responsibility to his people, he had commenced the grading and opening up of the following roads and streets and they are: Jinoja avenue, shalom city Street, Sir Aterezi avenue, Omamowho lane, Iyegbe street, all in Uruto community, while Erovie Idheze road and Idodo street in Urude community and others are in progress.
